I had heard good things about this book,
but was always nervous to read it because of the author’s chosen topic.
However, I felt that Alice Sebold did an amazing job with this, and made a
really good and intriguing story out of something that Normally would be very
tragic. This story isn’t really the type for many plot twists, but it did have
some suspenseful moments, and there was lots of emotion, both good and bad. I
loved this book and didn’t want to put it down. It was delicately/well done and
though it was a bit of a rollercoaster- it was overall an uplifting book
Rating: 5/5 PG-PG13 (Rape, murder, sex, some language)
