Pina Colada Protien Shake
Blend:
1 small banana
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein isolate
1/2 scoop vanilla soy protein isolate
Ice
I had to make a few adjusments to this (such as using only soy protien, because I was out of whey), and I also used coconut extract to add coconut flavor. Other than that, it was very tasty.
