I’m a big Mary Higgins
Clark fan. Huge. She has her own shelf on my bookshelf. That being said, I’m
not much of a fan of the other writers in her family- however, both of the
books that I have read from Mary Jane Clark have been very good. Dying for
mercy was not as intricately written as
Mary Higgins Clark’s work, but it stands on its own and has a solid, flowing
plot with good twists. It was a quick,
addicting read with a good amount of suspense, a good story and an end I never
saw coming.
Rating: 4/5 PG-13
(Murder, gore, sexual reference, mild language)
